Keisha Knight Pullium better known as Rudy from the sitcom The Cosby Show is set to play a prostitute in Tyler Perry’s next film. Tyler Perry has had three of his films open in the number one spot at the box office, and Lionsgate Films is hoping to continue Perry’s box crushing as the company has committed to their sixth and seventh Tyler Perry films. Lionsgate has picked up the rights to Perry’s The Family That Prays Together and Madea Goes to Jail.

Perry was quoted as saying,

“An artist couldn’t ask for a better home than Lionsgate; they’re respectful, supportive and loyal to a fault. They’ve given me room to tell the stories I want to tell, the way I want to tell them. And I’m gratified and humbled that audiences have responded with such enthusiasm and love.”
